Fees

PROVISAS offers fixed fees for your convenience, including a free initial assessment for all applications to ensure viability. The complete cost breakdown is confirmed in writing after assessing each case. Client care letters and quotes are valid for 14 days, subject to change if instructions are not received within this period.

To fairly fix the fee, consultations are conducted over the phone or in person if resources permit. While typically free of charge, charges may apply based on complexity and resources. Following the initial free consultation, we determine the service charge, excluding disbursements such as Home Office Fees.

If your case is complex or unforeseen circumstances arise, costs may exceed those specified.

Disbursements

Home Office fees and third-party expenses are paid directly by each client with potential disbursements including but not limited to:

• Visa application fees

• NHS fees (IHS surcharge)

• Translation of documents

• Postage costs

• English language exams (and preparation if relevant)

• UK Naric

• Expert reports

• Photocopying documentation

Many disbursements may not apply to your case, and costs are confirmed upon formal instruction. Our consultation fee is deducted from total fees upon engagement. Fees as outlined do not include VAT. If applicable, we will clearly set this out from the outset.

What is Included

Our fees cover all aspects of preparing and submitting the application, including:

• Preparing a list of required documents and advising on assistance needed

• Reviewing relevant documents and providing further advice

• Completing the appropriate application form

• Drafting written submissions/representations

• All telephone calls, emails, and meetings related to the above.
